I waited until I finished a bottle to write my review. I am very happy with this supplement. Pros: Way less bloating than when I started. I noticed a marked difference by week 2. An unexpected pro is a very noticeable difference in hair shedding when combing or washing my hair. I have experienced hair loss over the years that have taken my naturally thick hair down to thin, which I hate, so I am hopeful that less loss may allow new growth to happen and possible thicker healthier hair. The pills smell nice and look exactly as they appear in the picture. Easy to swallow. The only supplement I have taken every single day and am glad I bought the two pack. Cons: The pills are soft gel and any amount of humidity will cause them to stick to each other. You may have to shake your bottle around to loosen them. Shipping took longer than expected. So if you plan on ordering more I would recommend ordering before you are too low or you might have to skip days. (This could have been a shipping issue in my area and not on the company itself.)

I went off my birth control in January of this year and have been having horrible withdrawal symptoms such as extreme nausea and vomiting. About to be 2 months taking this probiotic and it seems to be helping my stomach issues with ibs , also my hormonal acne is much better. I feel my sleep quality has improved. Great value, worth every penny Will continue buying .

I'm 62 years old and went through menopause almost 20 years ago.
