High-quality splashback with superb customer support!
I purchased this Stainless Steel 1.2mm Thick Brushed Kitchen Splashback (600mm x 700mm) a little while ago and could not be happier with the product and the customer service. I needed the splashback cut to 59.5cm x 68cm, and the company was absolutely fantastic in accommodating my request. The splashback was dispatched quickly and arrived very well packaged. Unfortunately, it had a small indentation in the centre, which was very noticeable and spoiled the clean stainless steel look. It was clear that the damage happened during transit, as the item was well protected. I contacted the seller, included photos of the dent, and they responded immediately with an apology and offered to send a replacement cut to the exact same specifications. There was no need to return the damaged item, which saved me the inconvenience of repackaging and posting it back. The replacement arrived just as quickly, was well-packaged, and was in perfect condition. The quality of the splashback is exceptional. I have used other companies for splashbacks, but this one stands out in terms of quality. The brushed stainless steel has a pristine shine and looks very high-end. I am extremely satisfied with the seller’s customer service. They went out of their way to assist me and are a credit to Amazon. I have recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
