GO: Portable, Collapsible Lever Espresso Machine for 9BAR Espresso Anywhere (Grounds Model)

I've tried many different ways to make coffee and/or espresso over the years while #vanlife / camping. This includes Moka pot, ROK, pour over, Aeropress, percolator, ... They all are capable methods and have their advantages and disadvantages. But for a single shot of espresso, I believe this little Flair 2GO is the clear winner. The crema is nearly as perfect as my $$$ home machine. The Flair is sturdy and well made and packs nice and small and will be enjoyable for airplane or other travel outside of "vanlife". Cleanup is slightly more involved than simply dumping a puck from a portafilter, but it's still quick and easy.

Está increíble para un café personal, me hace falta habilidad y tuve inconvenientes porque venía un poco suelto el manómetro pero ya lo solucioné, solo faltaba apretarlo bien, insisto en que me falta habilidad pero creo que me agrada el método de ensayo y error, en videos de youtube vi que hace falta alinearlo (en el mio si hace falta ya que se balancean las patas mas de lo que creo que debe ser lo normal), preparar café con la flair go es mi tiempo conmigo.

This espresso gadget is awesome! My husband and I are big coffee lovers, so I ordered this portable espresso unit to take along with us on our camping trips. It comes in a really nice case to store it in, and its small and compact since its Collapsible and can be folded. Its lightweight and easy to pack, fits in our backpacks no problem. I chose to get the pods model and we love how easy it is to use. Assemble the machine, add your pod to the portafilter, we use the original Nepresso pods, and add water, thats it. Its a super quick process, you have fresh tasting espresso in no time. We love the simplicity of it and that we can have fresh espresso anytime we want. Its really well made, very solid and durable, definitely built to last for years to come. We love it so much, we plan on buying the grounds model next to try that out as well. Very satisfied and would recommend it for the outdoors people.

I bought this on a whim while traveling for work. It’s been nice having my latte in the hotel every morning. I travel nearly 100% for work. This contraption makes better espresso than my home machine. There was a leaning curve. The first two mornings, I hated it and planned to return it. But I watched a video and the next morning made the best latte I’ve ever tasted. It’s small enough for my suitcase. Easy to clean. Makes delicious espresso. I have every travel espresso maker you can buy. Hate them all, even the ones rated higher than this one. The Flair is wonderful. Just make sure you watch the how-to video before you decide you don’t like it.

Para empezar la devolvi, va ser muy cara mantenerla a través del tiempo ya que a cada rato vas a tener que estar comprando el embolo y piston sin importar que cambies al de metal. Es bonita visualmente y se ve de calidad, si tienes un buen molino puedes hacerte cafe muy rico. Al usarla debes calibrar un tornillo en la parte trasera para que el embolo baje lo mas vertical posible, hay fallos de diseño, es un poco inestable, se raya cada que la desplegas, el embolo es de plastico y aunque compres el metalico no cambiará en nada, donde se empieza a quebrar es en la parte de arriba del embolo y ese no existe de metal hasta ahora. Sabiendo esto y si tienes el presupuesto para cada 3 o 4 meses remplazar el embolo adelante.
