Bajaj Minor is an excellent product.

Feels sturdy and heavy.
Looks good and is heavier than the local brands. Small finishing touches may be require. The fixing of the heating rod was in a slant. I corrected it gently with a long screwdriver. Hope it last long.

Probably the worst product bought from Bajaj. First time, came with a broken legโฆ.cheap plastic. Ordered a silver colour, got a blue. Replacement came, also blue. The edges of the reflector plate are so badly unfinished, it got multiple cuts on my hands just unpacking and plugging in the product. The back curved plate is so bare minimun, it doesnt even cover the edge of the reflector plate. Next thing, one side leg screw decided to give up the ghost. Itโs free-wheeling, spinning away, so the heater cannot even stand stable on floor. Unless the rod is pointed upwards to the ceiling. And one cannot return, they will only exchange. One bad piece for another bad one. Did i mention wrong colour each time? Editing to add this: the rod is a 1000W, but the plug provided is only for a 5amp electric point. Should have been a 15amp plug provided. Dangerous. So if your home has an invertor, this heater will suck it dry if there is a power outage.

READ MY MISTAKE. Explained in detail
its a single coil heater and i love the fact that though single coil heating it sufficiently warms a small room quite efficiently or at least if u keep it close to u, then u start to get hot & the might probably want to On fan. also the size is small & compact plus durable enough. THE GOOD NEWS IS DURING 2 YEARS WARRANTY, IF YOU FACE ANY PROBLEM THERE IS A TOLL FREE NO OF BAJAJ ELECTRONICS WHERE U CAN CALL AND GET FREE HOME SERVICE. also after warranty u can still call for service but after warranty u have to pay. Also I would advise you all that if you are planning to buy heater, its BETTER TO BUY COIL THEN ROD HEATER! as rod heaters dont last long, they get damaged by itself. At delhi, charge of Electrician is Rs 50 for just opening and seeing what the problem which u have to give in any case whether u get him repaired or not, then Rs 40-70 for the price of one ROD. so imagine u repaired and paid Rs90 as per the price i quoted which is fact, and if it gets damaged within 1 week of use which happened in my case, how long will u keep on repairing. If u repair upto 3 times u are almost near of getting a new heater so its better to buy COIL HEATER that last long. Dont make the mistake that i did.
