This seems to work fine. The TwinDos cleaning cycle works on only one compartment at a time, so you need purchase only one of these cleaning cartridges. I mistakenly purchased two to start with. Each cartridge last for several cleaning cycles.

The TwinDos are great. We've been using them for years then switched to a liquid detergent. We ran into problems and have no switched back to the TwinDos detergent.

Have been purchasing detergent for Miele TwinDos regularly. Shipment arrives promptly in perfect condition. Will continue to purchase. Like the no mess, load the cartridge and forget it aspect of owning the TwinDos machine.

4 stars only for the non-cheap price, but that's what I expect from Miele at this point. Love my washer, got clean error code after several months of use. I got this, sort of naively expecting it to be for one-time clean somehow, but it I was able to clean both Twindos 1+2 slots and have well over half left. It doesn't start completely full either. So I'm guessing I'll be able to do two more full cleans with this. Thinking of watering it down back to full and getting a couple more good-enough cleans. Especially since some people have said they just run water through the clean cycle. I wore gloves, as many people said it burns on skin contact. However, since it is just removing the tiny lid and sliding it into the Twindos slots a couple times, not a drop seemed to get out. Not sure what the concern is about. Gloves aren't really needed in my opinion.

Didn’t work regardless of what its contains. Purchased a house and the #1 Duo is clogged, ran this literally 20x-fails every time! Read how this is an issue when machines hasn’t been run for a bit. WAY too expensive machines for that kind of nonsense!!
