This is definitely a first book to study about the Bach Remedies with awful description of the 38 flower remedies as one can see the differences between Holly and Willow and so on. Very authentic work of the author presented in good English is really worth mentioning; each and every line of the book talks of the knowledge that Dr. Bach imparted to us.

This book is perfect for those who want to learn the Bach system.

Great little book for the price
Great place to start if you're interested in learning about the flower remedies and how to use them. Each remedy is described based on personalities, traits, or thought patterns it can help with. It has helped me to narrow down a few to start with instead of feeling like I *need* almost all of them. It also gave a better description than I had previously found for Rescue Remedy, which convinced me to try it for myself as well as my ADHD son. It has helped both of us on multiple occasions. Very happy with this book.
