It is relatively expensive, but it is indeed safe. It has no pungent odor and causes no burning sensation. I had previously tried using just the pressure washer alone, but that simply didn't work. Worked really well for a driveway and a paver area spring clean up project. Get a section wet, spray it with this product, and let it sit for a few minutes and the dirt comes right off with a pressure washer. It may be my imagination but I think the “Oxy” continues to clean even after the area is pressure washed because a few days later the concrete and pavers looked better than they did the day I cleaned them. Didn’t clean much of the dirt and grim of our home & gutters. Disappointed .even with a power washer the simple green dud t seem to help. Next time I’ll use Krud house cleaner. That alway was my go to. But the reviews were good so I thought I’d try Simple Green.

Does just as you'd expect it to. We used this to clean the exterior of our camper. It didn't remove the dirt streaks but overall I'd use it again this Spring.
