Is accurate and well make and look great

58 minutes 14 seconds, not bad at all for the price! Knocked one star off only because the sand is quite dusty and leaves an unsightly residue on the walls as it pours. But then again, for the price... On a side note, purple dye they've used for this "sand" (likely some manganese salt) looks absolutely mesmerizing under UV light.

Big enough that preschoolers can see it, use it and have an understanding of when time is over

Perfect eating timer for my 4 year old. It used to take her an hour to eat now she eats without being told a million times and gets very excited when she beats her timer!
