Perfect. Best case scenario. Delivered exactly what I expected: the highest quality ab straps I've seen, on time and at a reasonable price. The carabiners are the perfect (large) size to fit any standard sized pull-up bar. They will fit any normal gym equipment. The straps and webbing are of excellent commercial quality.

What a way to destroy your abs! I have been very sketched out about sit ups, but this changed the game, not only can you work out abs while standing but it is done in a way that your back is protected. I am a little on the shorter side and this product is probably the only one that is long enough that it allows for even short people to reach it when installed with a pull up bar. Don't shop around, buy this one!

I keep expecting the straps to rip where the metal clips are sewed on, but the fabric is strong. I've been using this consistently for 4 weeks now and it has no tears or rips. I weigh 215 and it hold me plus a plate easily.

I have used straps like these that were narrower, and they cut into my arms-even with me holding on to them. These are perfect for me, and I use them regularly on my doorway chin up bar to do leg lifts-both bent and straight leg. I am a 65 year old female and will soon be able to do chin ups soon, too.

These are heavy duty and the carabiners are well built. Better quality than I was expecting for the price.

This product is great for doing hanging ab exercises. I am a big guy - 6'4 230LB.I walk to the guy and carry my stuff and these are a touch bulkier than most and the hardware is extra heavy duty. great value a little over kill. a little lighter and less hardware would have made these a little more portable. Perfect if you are going to hook them up and leave them there.
