Highly recommend it
The original mattress that comes with the Tutti Bambini Cozee was too hard so I decided to get this one which is made out of fibre and is much softer (the original mattress was much too hard!). My baby (2 months old) sleeps better now, I highly recommend it. Thanks, Olivia

Awful Service!!
Apparently had this mattress delivered some time ago but had no notification or sign of delivery. Talking to Tutti customer services and the process of finding where the mattress is, is unbelievable! Before they’ve even heard back from the delivery company, they want you to sign a form for the POLICE to investigate?! Never, ever had this before- but tbh my purchases usually turn up. Is this normal???

Do not wash as advised!
Product arrived okay and had no problems with delivery of it. However, having washed the cover as per the instructions (actually lower heat) it has shrunk. This means that the mattress doesn’t fully fit the base and as it has to be squeezed into a smaller case it doesn’t lay flat - not idea for a baby to sleep on. Disappointed for the price that this has happened.

Too soft and did not arrive in packaging
This mattress was very soft which goes against safe sleep guidelines. Much softer than the original foam mattress that came with the cot. It arrived wrapped in plastic and not protected by cardboard, which means it could have been damaged during delivery. Hoping to return for a refund and very disappointed.

Don’t bother buy! (Zero stars)
This is totally not as shown in the picture it is in fact thinner and harder than the basic mattress that comes with the cot, and they charge you £10 to return! Appalling

Does not fit Cozee
Does not fit cozee. Mattress is to wide and will not lay flat. Safety hazard.

Not the same as the picture
It is so thin and hard and once the baby J’s slept on it for a week or so it goes lumpy if they sleep in the same position
