I have a mixed review - I started taking to help with my raynaud’s and within 2 days they started to work with my circulation in my hands and feet. I think I have to stop taking them though because I have been getting headaches, which I believe is from the Niacin. Niacin dilates your blood vessels, even in the brain, so it can cause headaches for some people. I was on a script previously that had Niacin in it and I had to stop using due to constant headaches. This is a bummer because these really do work for circulation.

I felt gradual circulatiom improvement, similar to having acupuncture
