I've been using these for a few months now and they work very well. My fiance doesn't notice any sounds when I'm sleeping with them. Comfort - they are pretty comfortable. When I take them off, they can hurt. Durability - these are very durable. I personally bend them to curve a bit to get them to hold and that works perfectly for me. Value for money - these are great value for money. What they do - they stick on my nose bridge and gently pull my nose open to take in more air. I feel an immediate difference. **Important to note - if I sleep in makeup on a rare occasion, the strips will not stick.

These things are great, but I find they stick too much to the bridge of my nose, so my little trick is to take the first half of the backing and tear off a small portion and put that right in the middle. That way when I take it off in the morning it comes off much more easily and seems nicer on the top of the bridge of my nose. But this is a great product, way better than using medicines or whatever.

These work very well, absolutely help you breathe and sleep better, so much less cumbersome that C-Pap type machines and the like. The only drawback is the glue type residue left on your nose, I expected some residue but can be hard to get off.

I bought these because I grind my teeth at night and realized it could be because of lack of airway. Never realized how much my deviated septum would affect my sleep. Not sure why I never realized this but I’m glad I did. My sleep has been amazing since. I was shocked at how great they worked the minute I put it on. When I opened my eyes after the first night I felt like I slept amazing for the first time ever. The glue does kind of stick on your nose but I just remove it with Micellar water and it comes off.

Removal in the morning is easy, though if you rip it off like you are starting a lawn mower, that is on you. The only downside is that once you realize how much better you sleep with them, you will absolutely notice the nights you do not use one. Sleeping without it feels like a downgrade I did not consent to. If you deal with nasal congestion, restricted airflow, or just feel like you never quite breathe well at night, these are a no-brainer. If you sleep perfectly fine and breathe like an Olympic swimmer already, you probably do not need them. For me, this is an easy 5 out of 5. I cannot sleep without these now, and I am completely fine admitting that a tiny strip of plastic changed my nights for the better.

I have used these Breathe Right nasal strips multiple times, and overall they work very well for improving airflow at night. Once applied, they noticeably open the nasal passages and make breathing easier, which helped reduce congestion and made sleeping more comfortable. The strips stay in place throughout the night and are easy to apply. In terms of performance, they do exactly what they are intended to do. The main drawback I’ve experienced is the adhesive. In the morning, after removing the strip, there is often glue residue left on my nose. At times, it can be difficult to fully remove—even after washing with soap—so it may require extra cleaning. Aside from that issue, the product is effective and reliable for nighttime breathing support. If you are looking for a drug-free solution for congestion or snoring, this is a solid option, just be aware of the adhesive residue after removal

10 out of 10 recommend! My husband snores terribly but with these it has opened his airway and reduced the volume! Now he still breathes heavily but the air passes through more effectively and it is not as loud and annoying! We always keep these on hand!

Works immediately but it makes my eyeglasses slide off.No odor to this product, and it's very comfortable. I recommend it.

Can give you a quick relief for your nose airways if one is blocked, I think this is gonna be perfect in gym or while sleeping, to help depend more on nose breathing rather than mouth when exercising.
