Excellent, very sharp, makes preparing food so much easier.

Bought for my lunch prep and it’s a brilliant little knife that opens a roll or slices cheese with ease.

My go to salad prepping knife. Nice size and the blade cover is a good idea.

excellent knife, strong, sharp, easy to hold, performs great and absolute dream for cutting tomatoes that aren't as fresh as when you first bought them. Great on many other food items. Easy to clean. Comes with a holder which does work, but it's a very pale red so doesn't match the red knife and quite frankly ugly. I previously got the black version and it's holder is jet black just like the knife, no hanging loop. I have no idea why they changed the design of the holder, perhaps there were many asking to be able to hang it using the holder but it doesn't explain why the colour is so pale. As many others have already said, I am not impressed with the holder. The knife is great so I have kept it.

Can't fault this little knife. We have owned one of these knives for many years & only needed to try sharpening it recently. For what they cost it was easier to buy a new one & forget the sharpening exercise. A great knife, a must have in the kitchen drawer. Recommended.

I bought a black knife which was fine so ordered 2 more knives. Another black for our daughter and a red one for myself ! Unfortunately the sheath on the red knife is useless also it didn’t have the same packaging as the black one. Yes the red is sharp but lack of packaging ( plastic bag only) and the cheap and nasty sheath is what makes me think it’s no a genuine Kuhn Rikon knife.
