Loosing sharpness quickly
Knife is light weight and sharp when we buy, but lost sharpness in 15 days. Now We are using this knife for cutting cakes and bread as it is not able cut vegetables. It's waste of money . I don't recommend this item.

It's very sharp!
This is an excellent knife and very sharp, as I sadly found out! It now sits in its own little compartment in the cutlery tray. Glad I got the pink handled one, it means I can see it in the washing up bowl and handle with care. It's comfortable to use and the size is just right for slicing small veg like carrots etc.
