Klaire Labs SFI Health Ther-Biotic Vital 10, 100 Capsules

I've used these for years. My gut flora is good. I could go into detail but politely, my bowels, mind, and scent are good.

It's hard to say already, since it hasn't even been a week but it's got all the right ingredients I was looking for so I'm sure it's going to work. It's good for the 'gut' and I need it I think. The price wasn't outrageous like most other ones are, either.

I have taken this probiotic for many years and have been very happy at how well it works. Because of my allergies it is a perfect choice for me.

My wife has chronic IBS. This product helps her immensely. This is the second bottle we've ordered. Without getting into details that are not pleasant to talk about, if you have bowel problems where you need probiotics give this a try. We've spent a lot of money on other brands that range from no help at all to barely works. The ones from Safeway are included in the no help at all. There is only brand that we have found to be superior. (we feel it not appropriate to list that "professional" "therapeutic" brand name here). My wife takes 2 capsules every morning. One capsule may be enough for you. I suggest you try that first. Three days at one capsule was long enough for my wife to tell she needed the higher dose. Keep refrigerated for maximum potency.
