Not Safe For Children, Be Careful Of Third Party Sellers.
I bought this bike for my 9-year-old grandson. Sent this bike back because the age usage needs to be updated. This bike is not safe for an 8-year-old; it requires gasoline and reaches speeds of 30 miles per hour. They refused to refund my Shipping fee because I returned it, and there were no broken parts or anything. They gave me a big hassle about my refund. Amazon refunded my shipping fee to me, and I am thankful for Amazon. The bike was never taken out of the box. My daughter and son sent their stuff back as well, even after putting it together. Missing parts, and a busted gas tank. THE SELLER GETS 1 RATING FREE ME!!! I didn't want to give a rating at all.

Awesome for the price
I saw bad reviews but decided to give it a shot. Mine came brand new with all hardware and tool kit included. If you are slightly mechanically inclined you can build it, tighten all bolts, and adjust brakes in 30 mins. Bike fired up immediately and runs great kids love it, really cool for the price.

Junk do not buy.
Horrible item. Bought two of these bikes for my kids for Christmas and after an hour of riding both of the motors locked up. Contacted the seller and was basically told it was my problem because I was outside of the return date. Would give zero stars if I could.

Poor customer service
The bike is good for my kids. Motor runs great they love it. My issues with this product is customer service. Mine was delivered with a couple of broken plastic pieces which isnโt a big deal but when confronted with this issue rather than coming up with a solution they only wanted to discuss how shipping and handling as bundled with the price. I literally just wanted my hundred dollars back for shipping and handling because the product was not in pristine condition, but instead I was met with controversy.

Starts But Carb And Rear Wheel Issues Hold It Back
Assembly was not too bad overall and everything went together without major problems. The bike starts right up, but that is where the frustration began. As soon as you try to turn the choke off, it dies. With the choke left about halfway on, it will stay running, but it still wants to bog down immediately when you give it throttle. I have already removed the carburetor bowl twice to clean the pilot jet and inspect everything, and nothing appeared clogged or out of place, but it did not resolve the issue. At this point I plan to remove the entire carburetor and go through it more thoroughly to get it sorted out. I am confident that once the carb is properly dialed in, the bike should run well, but it is disappointing to have to troubleshoot this right out of the box. Another concern I noticed during testing is that the rear wheel is noticeably out of balance. Under throttle, it wobbles enough to be obvious, which is something that should not be happening on a brand new bike and will need to be addressed. Size wise, this bike is a great fit for a 4-5 year old, but this really comes down to skill level more than age. A child should already be comfortable balancing a bike and understand how a twist throttle works. It is also important that they understand what whiskey throttle is and how to avoid it, as this is not something you want a first time rider figuring out the hard way. From a value for money standpoint, it is fair if you are comfortable doing some mechanical sorting yourself. There is good potential here once the carburetor and rear wheel issues are addressed, but needing to fix these problems right out of the box takes away from the overall value. I think this could be a fun bike once everything is sorted, but in stock form it requires more work than expected. Because of the tuning issues and the rear wheel balance problem, I cannot rate it higher than three stars at this time.

Do Not Purchase! Beware!
Not only did bikes come with missing pieces (bolts, screws, latching nuts, fuel line, etc.) but one of the bikes came to me used and the frame was bent. I've already spent $40 on missing hardware to attempt to put the bikes together and make them work but once I replace one part, another breaks. On one of the bikes the chain torsion adjuster was stripped, and a fuel line was cut. You can tell one of the bikes had already tried to be fixed as the exhaust pipe was bent and there were deep scratches on the frame where the shock to the seat tried to be straightened.
