Justice League: The Complete Series

What a brilliantly written series. I first saw this way back in the early 2000's and just recently saw the chance to purchase the limited edition boxset of every episode of The Justice League and The Justice League Unlimited. For every enthusiastic comic book fan this boxset collection is an absolute must. This series definitely continued the standard set previously by the original Batman series of the early 90's and that is continued by some of the production team who work on todays "The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes". Fantastic bargain and delivered 2 weeks earlier than predicted by Amazon, BRILLIANT.

Its hugely entertaining and quite simply FUN. You don't need to be a fan of the comics to enjoy this as it stands up on its own. But if you know characters from the original comics there is still a lot to enjoy in these new interpretations of the classic characters. What the title of this set doesn't tell you is that the first half of the set is the complete Justice league series and the second half is the complete Justice League Unlimited series. Both series are tremendously entertaining and getting the two together just doubles the fun.

I am still to watch all the episodes in this awesome series. For any fan of the DC universe and the justice league in general this is an essential buy.The dynamics between the main players is awesome and to my mind GL and flash's chemistry is so good they could have their own show.My only disappointment is the relationship between batman and wonder woman I suspect the producers or producer is batman bias and the attraction between them to my mind just doesn't work.The team as a fighting unit work well together but why why why doesn't the producers showcase superman in all his super power glory. To me there is just too much levelling out of his powers to match others. Apart from kryptonite and magic this guy should be unstoppable.However despite my two gripes I have to say this is an excellent purchase, you will not be disappointed and will be entertained for days.It will be awesome if one day Warner Bros decide to do another justice league series based on the New 52 where the Man of Steel is fully unleased.

Been trying to get hold of this series for so many years. Warners seems to have a problem with releasing these kind of anime movies to Europe so I had to buy a region free DVD player so I could finally own the seriesCool in the gang!!! 😎

Bought this for a Christmas gift, we knew that he wanted it and it's a good price.
