Originally, they accidentally sent a different product but in the return process they were fantastic and able to ship out the correct product promptly. They were so polite in fixing the issues and made sure that the order was fulfilled correctly.The Manual Die Cutter works great for its intended purpose; unfortunately, the size of the punch was larger than what I intended it for so I had to manually cut the pictures horizontally but was able to use the die cutter for the vertical cut after figuring out exactly where it was going to slice the picture apart.I was using this for cutting out wallet sized pictures for my son's graduation party and if he wanted to hand his pictures out to friends. I didn't realize that the pictures were much smaller than the punch (as when I was graduating, the graduation pictures in the wallet size were larger. Granted it would have been nice to have the beveled edges but when you are cutting over 500 pictures at some point you're just happy to have a tool that can cut through several pictures at once.Note on cutting thru photo paper, I would not stack over 3 sheets as it will have slight curved/cut edge on the side that may not be appealing to the user.
