Dr. Scholl's 85273140 Pain Relief Orthotes for women, 1 pair, size 6-10

I bought these because my PF in both feet got so bad I was barely able to walk anymore. Within minutes of putting them in my slippers I was able to walk up and down the front room without staggering and hobbling like Frankenstein's monster in a 1930s movie. I felt like I had lost a stone in weight because movement became so much easier. I took my slippers off and repeated the same walking about barefoot - and I COULD! I actually started to cry with relief. That was at 1.30pm today and it is now 7pm. I've been wearing them continually, and managed to walk around a garden centre for a few hours with only minimal pain from my underused leg muscles (not been able to walk more than 20 yards for about 2 months now). Obviously my heels and the parts of my feet which usually hurt still do a bit, but that is to be expected as the tendons will take time to heal with continued use of these insoles. But I am optimistic. I was even able to walk down a short flight of steps without doing so sideways and taking agonised baby steps. And I walked rapidly as I always used to without thinking about it. WOW! Would highly recommend these. My only criticism would be that the women's ones are nearly £28 whilst the mens are £21 which makes no sense. You also have to get used to being almost continually aware of weird lumps under your feet, these don't feel 'natural' and I doubt that any orthotics of this nature do - that is to be expected. Regardless, it feels a damn site better to be walking on these than putting up with crippling PF!

Cut the size bigger than needed

As others have said, the sizing is way off so trim them slowly. I cut mine down to the size "9" and they fit into my size 7 work boots. They definitely feel comfortable but only time will tell if they help heal my painful feet.

Easy to add to your shoes or trainers, you can just cut along the lines that are printed on the back. You may need to remove the excising insole, as they can make you shoes/trainers to tight. They give immediate arch support.

Very very expensive for a not impressive looking insole. I was expecting more but was so desperate I gave it a go remembering someone commented on the suggested cut sizes being too small so I chose 8 when I am 5.5. It was just right. That's shocking really. It helps. I can stay on my feet all day as long as I take continuous painkillers. Without them even opium doesn't work so they must be helping somehow

These insoles made walking much easier for me when having Plantar fasciitis. Would recommend

I am writing to complain about these inner soles which were bought for my wife. She cut the m to the size delineated on the inner sole for her shoe size but they are now too small and the cut edge is palpable by the pulp of her big toe and will likely rub and cause a blister on a long walk. Please send a replacement pair that we can cut to a large size to avoid the issue. Thanks

Helped a lot

Suite à une entorse avec rupture de ligament de ma cheville droite… j’avais quotidiennement une fatigue plantaire et des douleurs au talon, surtout durant et après mes journées de travail où je piétine énormément !! Et là, le premier jour où j’ai utilisé ces semelles, je ressentais comme une gêne et des crampes au niveau de ma voûte plantaire, mais finalement, en rentrant chez moi ensuite, aucune douleur ni fatigue du pied comme avant ! Et les jours suivants m’ont apporté un confort immédiat et durable ressenti tout au long de la journée ! C’est même impressionnant pour moi, les bienfaits de ces semelles… que je regrette de ne pas avoir pris plus tôt !! Je vais même en recommandé une seconde paire d’avance ou pour d’autres chaussures !

Je ne les supporte pas. La forme qui doit épouser la voûte plantaire est très marquée et très dure, ça appuie trop fortement au niveau de la fasciite, impossible de les porter.
