I absolutely love this distiller ! I don’t know what we would do without it. Crystal clear water I cook with it use it for everything. So much cleaner and gets rid of all the nadties in our tap water , don’t drink that horrible tap water Anymore. I’m impressed with the quality and easy set up and instructions. Can’t fault it plus it’s great in winter for warming my kitchen up! Everyone should have one. You’ll be amazed at what it takes out of the tap water . Taste pure and clean

The best water distiller I’ve tried!! It’s quite a fast process, easy to clean and looks nice. Right from the first distilling process the water was great.. no smell just clean water! I always reactivate the distilled water with minerals and I couldn’t be happy with the water I’m drinking now. My only niggle is the handle on the water jug isn’t completely fixed and I found it annoying, so I put a strip of silicon under it and that worked! As well as that, the jug does drip a little when transferring the distilled water to my water jug for use. But these are fairly minor compared to what is a fantastic distiller. I’ve tried a couple of other distillers before and this is by far the best and at a good price! Highly recommend!!

Excellent means of obtaining distilled water for many uses, such as ironing, lead acid battery top ups and clean water systems, which was the primary reason for my purchase. My old coffee machine failed due to residue build up, despite regular filter changes. Hopefully with this water system I should now have filtered coffee for many years.

I bought this a while ago and have waited before reviewing it. The water where I live is terrible and full of limescale, so is not nice to drink. Even though we have a water filter it still gets into the kettle and therefore us. At the time I felt buying this was an expensive way just to have some drinking water, however with the long hot summer my wife and I have been drinking a lot of ice cold drinks. Using this machine which to me is basically a still all the limescale and impurities that effect the taste of the water are removed and we have decent drinking water at last. It takes four hours to process a full load of water which we then keep in glass bottles in the fridge and replace when supplies run low and there is no denying it has been an ideal year to make the most of this. I think if global warming is happening as fast as it seems to be then this is a great buy. I have given this four stars not five because when it is on it turns our small utility room into a bit of a sauna which is not ideal, but I can see why.

Top quality water distiller, produces very clean tasting water. Comes with a nice glass jug to collect your distilled water which is very easy to assemble. One full cycle of 4L takes just under 4hours which is very reasonable. Very convenient timer on the front of the unit allows you to control how much water you want. Overall I would absolutely recommend this water distiller for anyone who wants clean water, no much that could be improved with this unit.

The distiller functions but the screw on the jug handle has gone right through. Also, the steel band around the jug is narrower and thinner than previous distiller jugs, so I was never confident in how strong it would be.

Bought this in May and it’s broken and not working in August! What’s the warranty. Impossible to get info on Amazon.

This is a very sturdy and well-built machine. It is bigger than I expected but it is well worth the counterspace. (It is larger than most coffee makers.) It works very well at taking the minerals and impurities out of our water. We have 2 humidifiers and 2 c-pap machines and use 1-1.5 gallons per day, so it is used daily. The machine has run smoothly and even though it was an investment, it was well worth it because we don't have to lug heavy jugs home from the store each week. We do need to clean the machine more often than once a month as recommended, but it comes clean easily by using the included citric acid and boiling the water to clean it. I have no problem giving this 5 stars.

Works very well. Perfect companion to my small humidifier as one distillation fills the humidifier. Saves at least $2 per day compared to buying bottles of distilled water. And much more convenient.

Fairly quiet, on/off control, visible timer and auto shut off. I use it daily and I no longer buy bottled water.

This is my first distilled water machine. I was amazed and disgusted at the residue that was left on the bottom of the canister from otherwise "clean" tap water. The distilled water was pure and clean. I put it in my humidifier at night. I have a Dyson air filter that "sees" the contaminants in the air. Typically, it turns to high air mode when the humidifier runs with R.O. water. Now, it runs on low to medium when it senses the added humidity. My wife and I are using distilled water for most of our personal daily water needs. We typically make two gallons a day. I'm not sure how long this machine will last, but it has been great so far. It is simple to use. The handle on the canister won't tighten completely, but it functions well enough. Also, the lid on the canister is difficult to tighten, which can result in water leakage when pouring. We use water for coffee, cooking, drinking, and other daily purposes. Taste has not been an issue with the lack of minerals.
