Does this support act Fibernet?

Indeed , it does but act fibernet claims that you will only get the highest speed on a 5ghz bandwidth only. That's my experience with them.

How much range it can cover?

Very bad coverage area. Not recommended for big area.

Does it requires a modem for using local wan net?

Hello, If you are using broadband then you don't need a modem but if you are using ADSl connection like BSNl then you need a modem
