Can clean wheel arches and inside back bumper..
low pressure to clean....It does fit in wheel arches ...and changes direction of water.....But reduces pressure? You can reduce water pressure even further by rotating it..... If you just want a change direction of water stream thing maybe to decrease scratches when using microfibre cloth to clean go for it..... . Edit....It reduced pressure but not so much...My pressure washer needed servicing....Now can clean inside wheel arches.....Useful but costly But has no length so cleaning under body isn't much useful.... Maybe need to buy angled lance for cleaning underbody....That accessory is very expensive 4000 something... This is good quality plastic... Fitting in machine is bit tight sometimes a struggle. .Maybe lubricate with silicone grease to overcome that struggle...

Functional but expensive. Spray not accurate.
Its very nicely built. Looks & feels sturdy. But the spray is not perfectly flat when turned to 90 degree position. It slants to one side. It may not affect cleaning but on delicate area like AC coil where a straight motion is required you have to be careful. Otherwise its very versatile attachment. Seller took a long time to ship. Cost is too much like other Karcher accessories.

Excellent piece of kit
Firstly, this can be used with any Karcher pressure washer, despite the description on Amazon. I checked firstly on Karcher's own website and then it states this clearly on the box (photo attached). Excellent price at the time of purchasing compared to everywhere else. I'd seen Jonny Smith from Fifth Gear using one of these and thought how did I not have one of these. It's great for enabling easy access to wheel arches and the inside of the wheels. Added the Karcher extension piece that came with my K4 to it and it washed off all the winter salt that had accumulated underneath the car. The pressure is variable so can be used when a gentler spray is required. It’s also handy for rinsing the car, particularly the roof if you have a tall SUV and can't be bothered to stand on a stool to do that. Makes what was a chore into a quite satisfying task.
