I really like how you can pick whether it uses all solar first and then battery if needed, or grid power exc. Another good feature is it will run itself on just solar in case the batteries are dead. The only thing I don't like is the fans are permanently on even if it's just sitting with no load or solar but maybe that's how all of them are.

When I connected this unit, the voltage was very unstable and the unit is unreliable. I highly recommend looking for a different unit if you are considering this one. One additional note: The company has excellent customer service and after verifying the problem they gave me a full refund. Based on their customer service I would definitely purchase another of their products next time

The change from the network to the battery is barely noticeable; it's a very fast and high-quality device.

Seems fine.love the all in ones.wished they had brought solar pv in on right side as most 3600w hybrids DC in one side AC on other...cleaner install

Good inverter for the price , worth to try.

I purchased a 12kw inverter from this company and a few months later I was in my office working and heard what sounded like shots. I ran to the garage and loud pops were emendating from the inverter. I quickly shut the unit off and disconnected the power and battery. I shudder to think what would have happened if I wasn’t home. The seller sent me a return label, I had my electrician come out again and disconnect everything, which I paid for. The label sent the unit to an Amazon return address and this seller refuses to refund for the unit. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for and this unit isn’t worth the risk of burning down your house. Also the seller, who is does communicate, does not follow through on promises. Defective unit, poor seller follow through, multiple installations and removals, it’s just better to look elsewhere.

The first inverter I got was faulty and didn’t allow for grid charging. The return was a bit troublesome as I had to call Amazon and escalate the shipment because they failed to ship the replacement. The new inverter works perfect and now charges from the grid. The WiFi features is why I bought this particular one it’s easy to control and set up. One of the bigger downsides of this inverter is that it has a high idle watt usage. Altogether I’d recommend especially for the price.

I dont know what wrong with it but it's not powering on from the battery you have to connect the panels to it an when you do that it's saying charging but no electricity is coming out of it
