I recently purchased this travel insulin cooler, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! As someone who relies on insulin daily, finding a case that keeps my supplies safe, cold, organized, and easily accessible is a game-changer. The case is compact yet spacious enough to hold everything I need: insulin pens, syringes, alcohol wipes, small vials of insulin, and even my glucose meter. The compartments are well-designed, and the elastic bands inside keep everything in place, so nothing rattles around or gets damaged. The insulated interior is another huge plus! It does an excellent job of keeping my insulin at the right temperature, even on hot or cold days, so I never have to worry about it being exposed to extreme temperatures while traveling. My first experience traveling with the Auvon wasn't that impressive. The gel pack didn't stay cold for a 10-hour flight from NV with one layover in Phoenix and landing in NE. TSA still checked it at the initial boarding, but it had warmed up, and the temperature indicated 40+ degrees. The return was a better experience, flying from NE to NV, and there were no delays. I like all of the pockets for different supplies, and it is bulky, but it performs better in shorter flights. However, I'm hoping for better results with other flights.

This case was a lifesaver on my trips to Scotland, the Emerald Coast, and Orlando. It held my GLP-1 perfectly (2 pens), and my insulin pen. It kept all my meds at a perfect temp even during my 9 hour plane trip to Scotland. It is cool (pun) to be able to see the inside temperature from the outside window. Love it.

This insulin cooler travel case comes with larger, nearly indestructible freezer packs. The fit is great inside as long as I don't try to overstuff it. I love the convenience of the external digital thermometer readout. Recharging the battery for the digital display is easy, especially if you don't force the power connector in the wrong direction. I take this case with both my insulin types and pen needles and syringes when I am going to be gone for the day. Everything stays nice and cold inside the travel case.

Used for our cruise travels. No worry about meds going bad. Perfect hard shell case. Manageable size.

Monitors my Botox vials when traveling and keeps cool under 45degrees. Able to keep 3 boxes of tox in the zippered container, along with the freezer packs and keep cool for 8-12 hrs.

This thing is very well constructed however, It cannot fit everything the instructions say it should be able to. The instructions even detail what each pocket is ment for but, if I put everything like the Insulin pens, glucose meter, strips, needles, etc it wont close. I'd say if your only plan for this was to keep your Insulin stored inside at a cool temperature then this is perfect. But, you'll definitely need another case for everything else.
