Okay if you have no other option
This sushi vinegar is okay. Clear good colour, but mild and not aromatic. It doesn't have the same taste as other brands I have used. Yokoi, Marukan, Kikkoman are really good, but not available in India. I bought this because I was able to get it faster on Prime and I needed it for my cooking class. I will use it up, but wouldn't buy it again.
