Don’t normally review purchases but this deserves one, especially as label on the mat says they are a family business. Really easy to design, I created an image on chat gpt and loaded into the customisation function on Amazon, tweaking it to fit dead centre - it was really simple. Very speedy process, the mat was dispatched same day and received 2 days later. The price was much more affordable than customisable mats I’d seen on Etsy or elsewhere for incorporating an image. Elsewhere you can customise wording but incorporating images seemed to push the price up. Finally, the quality is really good, colours come through nicely and the mat looks really durable. Overall I’m really impressed by all aspects of this service, thank you!

Terrible product - DO NOT BUY
Product is terrible. Fibres all flying out of the mat. Very poor quality. Waste of money. Chunks of fabric missing on mat when received. Not useable at all. Cannot return either and seller cannot be contacted. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Spend your money elsewhere - would not recommend
