They're not as big as you'd think, these are some of the best I've found, they do stay in place until you get sweaty. I'll be trying some breast form adhesive to help hold them in in place. I will definitely be ordering more but in a bigger size as they are not as big as I expected.

I tried so many foam inserts from cheap to quite expensive, but they all created sharp outside edges that showed through. “Gel” inserts are FAR superior. They actually mold to both your breasts and bra and “disappear.” The issue is so many brands only offer gel inserts for A through maybe D cups. And those are probably based on a band size of 34. So if you have a larger band size, the size options are comparatively even smaller. I was glad to find this brand that offers larger sizes. I got the largest size (D/DD/E). They are a tad small in diameter for me, but I am also a 38I US / 38G UK. That said, they offer SO much more coverage than most brands, and they have significant projection, yet they look very realistic. The shape is natural looking. Personally, I like the weight of the inserts. They very closely approximate breast density. For instance, the inserts add two cup sizes for me, and each insert weighs one pound or two pounds for both. According to a breast weight approximation chart, to go up two cup sizes, my breasts would need to be, you guessed it, two pounds heavier. Natural breasts have weight to them! That weight is what gives the gel inserts realism in terms of shape and movement. Real boobs move! Foam inserts do not. My only criticism is confusing product ad language, which led me to only ordering a single insert rather than a pair. It might be nice to have a size variant with broader coverage for those with larger band sizes. Do keep in mind these will not breathe like foam will. You could maybe use a removable sports bra insert between the breast and insert to reduce sweating. Also keep in mind these add a lot more volume than most inserts.

I lost 140+ pounds in the past couple of years and a whole bunch of those pounds were apparently the entire sum of my formerly generous amount of boobs. After an entire lifetime of being curvaceous even when not overweight being absolutely not even a b cup flat is just weird (and I'll save the crying about my now deceased backside since that has nothing to do with this product but waaaah) I never had to even consider bra stuffing or falsies or any of that and so it was in this mind set that at the ridiculous age of 63, too poor for implants (and too old to really care anyhow) I found myself on Amazon recently shopping for a little something to fill out my sweater should I want to go out to someplace besides the gym etc. I always do as much research as possible when shopping but I didn't really find a lot of guidance on the subject beyond reviews so I read *a lot* of those. I kept coming back to these though the price was a little off putting - there are much cheaper ones available (as well as more serious prosthetics that are quite a bit more expensive understandably) I probably won't use these that often given my lifestyle and also I'm kinda poor and relatively frugal - but on the other hand quality and functionality are crucial when considering such purchases as boob enhancement equipment. In the end these seemed a good choice and of course Amazon has an adequate return policy to make buying them fairly risk free. So I jumped and they're perfect, taking me from my present 12 year old girl shape to the appearance of a reasonable C much as I actually was in my younger pre overweight years. Not so big that they look or feel ridiculous, they really make me feel that much more attractive and confident. They're not too heavy and are quite comfortable to wear slipped into a bra. I like them so much that I bought a second pair in flesh tone. Worth the price!

I got the B size and after a long test drive all day with miles of walking here’s what I found: they are light enough to stay in place even in an un-wired bra (good for vintage corselettes) and the concave rear is a perfect fit over what I naturally have, which is a first for me. They are firmer than other forms I own but still have squish although I would not classify it as a natural feel. For me, that’s not an issue. On a 36 band, they fit the B cup well. Apart from unknown lifespan, I feel these are a good buy.
