I don’t do that many reviews but this is absolutely delicious! I made up half of one of the sachets using half the amount of milk and cream. It was so easy to do & provided 9 portions of just under 100g each portion. I served it with some fresh blueberries & homemade blackberry syrup. Everyone enjoyed it, nice creamy texture & flavour & not too sweet.

Delicious but very sweet in my opinion, definitely something to share as each sachet makes a massive portion.

Quick and effective. Very good for money value and very easy to use. Simple and easy. Made a very large amount of pudding.

This mousse is so light and delicious. I used a whole sachet with 500ml semi Skimmed milk then whisked for 5 mins. I used most of it to make generously sized desserts for 6 people (I chopped up some defrosted mango chunks then layered this in glasses with the mousse). Everyone thought it delicious. With the remaining mixture I made 8 "ice cream" lollies using silicone moulds. They froze quickly and tasted good but the texture is not like ice cream, its lighter due to the amount of whipped in air. Nevertheless the lollies were eaten and enjoyed. I will be trying other items in this range. This will be great to keep in the cupboard for those impromptu dinner parties or just for those "I need something sweet" moments.

Check best before dates
I love the taste and quality of this product, however the best before date was the same month as purchased,hope the distributer checks future dates before dispatching as I have a subscription for this,, if not I will be cancelling it

It's lush
I mixed half of one of the packs with cold milk and there was enough to fill 4 of the glass jars you get with Gu desserts. I used cold milk from fridge and an electric whisk. I didn't measure milk I just kept adding a bit at a time until I got a nice smooth mousse. I mixed for 4 mins then put the jars in fridge for an hour. They were perfect, rich, lemony and smooth on the taste buds. Not as light as supermarket cheapo lemon whipped mousse but seriously velvety and taste lovely. Don't make too big a portion as they are very filling. Vegan son and vegetarian son in law are over the moon they can have this as well.
