Marvel's Spider-Man PS4 - English Version

What an excellent game. Great in 4k. I never see my son for a week. Its brilliant. Whens the next one out

Not a bad game, but it’s no spider man 2 on the ps2. I had high expectations and I was a little Disappointed but it’s still fun regardless

First off, the game didn't have the pre order bonus with it so that's a down, but that's more on Amazon's part so I'm not reducing the rating ! The game itself is really good. If you're a fan of the character then you can really see the love and effort that was put into making the game. The story feels very much like a Spider-Man story and the way the character of Peter was written made it feel right out of the comics. Same goes for the other characters. The story is a typical superhero story but has a lot of emotional moments in them that makes it stand out. Gameplay wise, Insomniac nailed the web swinging and it feels great right from the start. The combat here is great as well, and feels fast and fluid like Spider-Man should. You start off with basic movesets but can unlock more skills that makes the combat really deep later on. The open world feels great with lots of side activities to do, and graphically it's one of the best looking games on the PS4. The soundtrack is like the icing on the cake. If you're a fan of the character then it's a must play, and even if you're not too much into comicbook superheros, this is a game well worth trying out !
