Recoil 360 Dynamic Resistance Training Belt

Excellent quality and durability! I am a personal trainer and often train larger groups of youth athletes. These were excellent and worked as desired. My only critique is my smaller clients had to tighten the belts significantly, but, with the resistance it wasn't an issue. Great value and easy to use. Excellent for speed and resistance training!

Another staple of every one of my training sessions - personal and team! Players hate to love this resistance trainer! By week 3 they were asking to use it. It allows the player to perform simple mechanical exercises, with some added pressure of resistance, growing their power and mentally allowing them to "beat the drag" - Its great for teaching technique to both outfield players and goalkeepers

Great product, perfect resistance for an average athlete. The ring going around the belt does not go all they way around like I thought but, it does the job with slight adjustments in your running pattern. Good for individual work, all you have to do is attach one end to a fence, post, or whatever you got.

Very good product I would have give it a 5 stars if the waist belt could adjust to smaller athletes. I have a few kids with small waist and the belt was a little loose. They were able to do the workout though. A great feature to this product is the resistant band and the ability to strap the cord in several areas of the waist belt. The shipment was fast.

I use this almost every day with softball pitchers ages 13-17 in high school. I wasn't sure about the "pull" but this seems to be just about right. We use this as part of their pitching workout, as well as for exercise. The equipment itself is well made. time will tell if it holds up over the long term.

I bought this resistance trainer to do replicated tennis moves. It works great--on both ends (removable harness and removable light harness for the trainer to use) a heavy metal hook allows you to be creative with how you want to create your exercises. You can replace the harness with handles or a bar to do various other drills. The harness itself seems durable, however I have used more cushioned harnesses. This by no means is a flaky harness, and after all, if you are going through the pain of training, a regular harness should suffice. Last note, the cord is about eight feet long, so your partner should be ready to move with you as at higher speeds, eight feet is not very far at all.

Amazing piece of equipment. Best band i hve ever used in my life. I'm purchasing a few more to store, in case they stop producing them. A must buy resistence band for athletes with explosive work, endurance building, speed, agility and everything any athlete needs, you name it. Bottom line, its a must buy ;)

I bought this over resistance bands because everytime I bought resistance bands the were always wearing down or popping overtime. I thought this was a flat type of resistance band but it is nothing but a resistance band with wrapping around it, they try to fool you by calling it a "FLEXI CORD" but its just a plain old resistance band, for all that I could have bought a set of bands, not saying it doesn't work, the included belt and anchor is an upgrade from the traditional door anchors that you get with the regular bands and that's cool, but it's nothing special; and the DVD that comes with it is nothing but their way of marketing their other products, it shows very little exercises for this product and if u workout alone like myself you will be upset because the video only shows workouts that you can do with another person. Like I said before it's not a bad product I just feel a little mislead, and I probably would have bought a set of resistance bands rather than this because if one them pops on a set, you will still have the others to use, but if this one pops "GAME OVER" you have to buy a new band or set, hope this helps
