I been taking this brand for almost a year and by far I have zero complaints! It blends extremely well with anything, whether it’s plain water, a smoothie, juice, tea, coffee (iced or hot) you name it! It’s unflavored and tasteless, so you don’t get that chalky taste or texture. It does work, but with consistency if you workout, it definitely helps me recover faster, lift heavier, and have more focus. The ingredients in it don’t make me feel bloated or constipated either. One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.
