This creatine works really well. Its such a good price at a great size! There are so many servings in this container. The ingredients seem really good since you definitely feel the effects. It seems to help improve my energy level and my con concentration. This comes with a nice little scoop which makes it really easy to measure. I do not get any stomach discomfort or anything from using this. There is no flavor so you can add it to any drink you want.

One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.
