Went by the size guide recs; too small.. go one size up. Item is good quality though.

These are excellent, I actually got these AFTER hernia surgery and they are amazingly comfortable and I just wear them all the time. Yes I did buy more. One thought is you may want to size up one size, they are by design tight.

Nice. Dont see it as a hernia belt or support. Seems to work good over belt.

waist band is not wide enough. why they chose to put a 1/2 inch waist band on them I'll never know. Otherwise they seem good quality but they do not compress where you need them to because they have a thin waist band.

Sir, Needs design change. Outlet they have used is horizontal is very hard to use and it should be vertical as we see in other regular product will be easy to use and this out let if used as horizontal then it should be such low so that it's comfortable to use as at every time we use we are to open our pant lower the boxter and half of the urine remains in bladder as it's uncomfortable to hold and it it's vertical in lower middle will be confortable. If you change design please let me know I'll buy it one more time.
