10000W/12000W Upgraded Wind Vertical Axis Turbine Generator 12V 24V 48V 220V with MPPT Controller Wind Turbine Kit for Hybrid Wind Solar System(12000w,48v)

The unit took quite some time to get here. When it did, it's missing critical items. i.e. Owners/User manual and wiring schematic. Absolutely necessary to use product. I contacted Amazon. They said contact seller. I tried to contact seller and they said Amazon handling all customer service issues! (Nice little circle there) Finally got to pt where I thought maybe if I return, they will send instruction manual. Nope. They would rather process this big, heavy item back than send how to use! Makes no sense to me. Unless you're an electrician, beware!

These are very cheap and no way can produce the power that they claim.

I'm in a windy location and this device does not put out proper voltage as advertised. Only getting 7v dc. Ordered 48v unit. Not happy. Install after return date only to find out if can not use. Should be labeled "yard art only"

The wiring is too small for this to reach a full 12,000 watts.

I page of instructions on how to bult the turbine.... easy enough to work through. No instructions past that, no support numbers or emails addresses. The controller has no markings on it and no instructions for it. I assume I set it up correctly but it would only output a couple of volts DC when it was supposed to be a 48v DC system. Don't waste your money on this. I have started the return process.

Haven't put it up yet as I'm building the house and I can say lack of instructions for mounting and wiring it up will rate it when I install it

This product has no force and it barely give electricity to a lightbulb. I do not recommend this product.
