Can you put the bikw with the Stabilizer Wheel Kit on it in a bike carrier back of car?

Only if you have a 4 bike carrier and it has to go on the outside position.

Will these work to teach me to ride a bike? I don't want a three wheel bike, I want something like training wheels for kids.

If you install them as a helper that is up higher than your main wheel, yes. That was how I learned when I was a little kid. I rode around the block with the training wheels helping me if I tipped too far one direction or the other. Once I was comfortable with balancing they came off. It doesn't take long at all. Can you install so that each of the 16" tires touch the ground at same time. Unlevel training wheels scare my daughter; she thinks she is falling.

You can set them both to touch the ground, however, pedaling may be a little harder because of the extra friction.

Can the stabilizer be installed on a 7speed cruiser bike?

It is "possible" to "functionally" fit this on "most" adult bikes. However, there is no guarantee that it will fit in a functional manner, or even fit at all. For example, I had to "Make it fit" a bit unconventionally on my wife's bike.... and it barely made it. (Specialized 7 speed for a small woman) If returns are allowed, then try it. Good luck (I wish there was a more definitive answer I could give you)
