โA Fantastic All-Around Performer: Asus TUF Gaming F16 (2024)
โThe Asus TUF F16 (2024) is an absolute beast for the price. Itโs powerful, reliable, and honestly just a blast to use every day. If you want a gaming laptop that looks great (especially with those keyboard lights) and performs even better, I highly recommend it.

TUF is Better
I have owned two of Asus Gaming computers. The first one was ASUS TUF GAMING F15. I liked it so much that I looked carefully to select my next one. I decided on the ASUS TUF GAMING F16 and have not been disappointed. It is fast and easy to use. It serves all of my computer needs, and the battery is long lasting as well. As long as ASUS TUF GAMING continues making these computers, I will be a fan. Not a waste of money.

Good bang for the buck.
I needed a laptop that can handle my accessibility needs. I use Magnifier and a screen reader, which can be rather taxing on a system. When I was researching this product, one of the first YouTube reviews that came up was some guy bashing this product. But I kept watching other reviews and reading. I wound up by giving it a chance. I'm glad I did. The first video review I saw where the guy was bashing it, was comparing it to something twice the price or more... which is not fair to do. This laptop is actually VERY nice. It's sturdy, not flimsy, which was a big selling point for me, since my school-age daughter and I aren't the most graceful people on the planet. It's got a 16 inch nice crispy display, with a full keyboard, including a numpad. The key travel isn't quite that of an external keyboard, but MUCH better key travel than many other laptops. I can actually type on this thing. It's got plenty of USB ports, an HDMI out, combo headphone/mic 3.5mm port, etc., and even has an Ethernet port. If you're going to get this, I would suggest a couple things: Get an extra 8GB of RAM for it. As soon as Windows is done installing and setting up itself, remove the bloatware like McAfee and most of the ASUS services. They're completely unnecessary, and only serve to take resources away from what you want to be doing instead. You can always re-install the ASUS stuff later if you need to modify or diagnose stuff. Go to Windows Update and get the latest drivers for the chipsets. So far, I don't have any major complaints. It runs everything I've thrown at it, including games like ESO and Star Wars: Outlaw. Is it a $3000 Alienware uber-spec'ed wet dream? No. It's a fully capable, well built gaming laptop.
