Just purchase it hasn't put it on my car yet but I'm kind of perturbed that is plastic it looks like fabric in the picture

Fits My 1975 Monte Carlo like a glove!
Over the years, I have had a hard time finding a cover that fits my 75 Monte Carlo. So, I wasn’t really expecting much when I ordered this one. When it arrived, the colors and design really caught my attention. The cover is beautiful in person. There are quite a few straps with snaps that lock to keep the cover on but when I decided not to use the extra long straps that are separate from the cover, we had a windy storm and the cover slipped off the front end and back end. Since then, I have been using them as reinforcement. As far as it being waterproof, I can’t say that it is 100%. I have noticed that after a rain, the water penetrates the cover. If you need a waterproof cover, this isn’t a good fit, but if you want a cover to protect your car and paint from prolonged sun exposure, dust and pollen, this is the one for you. The price is great too! Especially if you own a classic that requires a larger cover:)
