Pop Pop Steam Boat - Nostalgic Tin Water Toy

Good for curious children.

Brought back my childhood memories, and my kid now likes it, design could have been better, no place to fit even a small candle near the heating element, the flame goes off immediately due to which toy becomes unusable

Works well. Packing is very good. Build quality not so good. I find the size to be a bit smaller. Would have been nice if they would have provided extra candles...nevertheless I used a Camphor Pellet in the spoon/candle after the wax was used up...infact it works better with camphor pellets. My kid liked it a lot...and thats what matters...so 5 Stars! Its also a bit nostalgic especially since I also had a similar one in my childhood...so thanks to "Desi Toys" for bringing this one back in the market!

This is good product. Need to do some changes like sharpness of triangular shape must be vanished. Flag should not be sharp. Manual is needed for how to use boat and it should be multilingual.

This is just a terrible piece of garbage. I remember my young age i used to play with this boat at 20 years ago it costed only Rs.15 and one time water fill and with lighting it up it goes round and round atleast 8 to10 mins, This piece is complete choke and i am unable to fill the water, may be few drops. when i light up it only goes 1 or 2 rounds and finally after 7 or 8 attempts the the sealing broke away and unable to use it as the steam escapes from the top. I am writing this with so much agony as I thought of entertaining my son to bring back the nostalgic event but this is just a piece of crap. The seller should stop selling this and not to fool the customers.

I used to remember playing with such boat in my childhood. It is a wonderful toy to explain the working of a steam powered locomotive. When I was a child I bought it in Velankanni, when we went for a tour. But after growing up I could never see this toy anywhere in the oceanic regions. After a long time, I thought of searching it in Amazon, and to my surprise Amazon had this boat. So, I immediately ordered this product for my daughters. They really love the way this boat is moving around in water. It is a wonderful way to teach children about science and also for them to have a lot of fun. I thank the seller for this amazing product.

Works great. It is a steam engine without any moving parts, look up the science on wikipedia, pretty amazing. You have to know how to use it. Fill the boiler and the exhaust pipes with water using the dropper provided. Place it in a tub of water ensuring that the exhaust and boiler water is not lost while placing it in water. Light up the wax candle provided, and place it below the boiler. It takes a minute to start, and then keeps running at a good speed with the put put sound for close to an hour.
