Ossoro flavours are FSSAI licensed, Halal certified, and manufactured in an FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, and HACCP compliant facility. Each batch is tested for quality and consistency to ensure you get flavour that’s safe, authentic and true to its label.

Do you make custom flavours?

Yes, we do. Ossoro works closely with bakeries, restaurants & brands to develop custom flavours tailored to their recipes & production needs. From replicating signature profiles to creating something entirely new, our flavourists can do it for you.

How do I test or smell the aroma of my flavour?

Our flavours are exquisitely concentrated, so simply inhaling from the bottle won’t do justice to their aroma. For the perfect olfactory experience, add just a drop or two to 150ml of water or milk and indulge in the true essence of the flavour.

What is the right dose to use for this flavour?

Due to the high concentration of our products, a few drops is enough in most cases! Refer the dosing suggestion on the bottle as it is unique to each flavour. Dosing can also vary based on application. Beware of overdosing, always dose incrementally.

Its good enough

Its really strong.. I would recommend to use only half of the amount in recipe and only increase it if you like really strong flavour. I used 1/4 tsp in 2.5 cups of flour and it left an after taste.. almond flavour was too over powering (so next time I'm gonna use just 1/8tsp)

Highly recommend.

I LOVED this extract AND the vanilla one too, MUST buy for all baking enthusiasts. The flavour is unlike any, much better than the normal essence so if you want a different, more exotic but better flavour for your food, must purchase. Lasts very long if used judiciously.

Not worth buying

I don't think I'll be buying this product. It has an overpowering smell and a chemical taste. I used it in a cake recipe, and couldn't eat it at all. I almost threw up due to the chemical taste. I knew it would be strong, so i used just a bit of it in the recipe but despite using less it was too strong. Please do something about the essence, because for me, i personally didn't get the almond taste.

Aroma is divine

The flavor is pretty subtle in my biscotti but the aroma is absolutely divine. Maybe I didnt use enough bc some of the reviews said it was very concentrate.

Bitter almond flavour

Use sparingly in sweets/marzipan; bitter almond essence can get overpowering. Thankfully it evaporates off during baking, leaving a pleasant essence behind.
