When I received this item I was not much excited at the first look. I have ordered One small for carrying two pens and one Extra Large for carrying 20 Cartridges for a 60 day tour from India to US. I decided to try and test the smaller one if not good I will return the Larger one. But the result is unbelievable and amazing. After activation I used it for carrying 2 insulin pens during our two day travel to Delhi. The outer temperature was around 32-34* C. After using it for three days I left it for de-activation but to my surprise the inner temperature maintained till four days when left at room temp. around 22-25*C. Earlier it was very difficult to manage insulin with ICE PACKS during long journeys. But thanks to FRIO for inventing such a wonderful product. Very easy to carry in your hand purses and baggage. Now my insulin managing worries are over. Excellent Innovation. The only low point is that it takes 6-7 days to fully de-activate and become normal.

Purchased two cooling travel wallets. One is okay another one is not good. The gel oozes in some points in the wallet.

Useful

Keeps cool for a couple of hours. Should it be immersed in water every few hours? Does not dry properly, this causes mildew , do it has to be cleaned. Can it be be put in the dryer?

It is really a good insulin cooling bag. But too expensive.

Too space that I can carry 2 pen with 8 vials

My initial order didn't arrive - I contacted the seller they posted another straight away which I received. I previously ordered one but in the mini version which is great but only big enough for 1 insulin bottle. I ordered this thinking small would be slightly bigger, but it is massive far to big. Nothing wrong with the wallet. In my opinion this should be described as medium not small.

Hice un viaje de tres semanas y la verdad me fue de mucha utilidad. Súper practico ya que su sistema de enfriamiento solo hay q activarlo sumergiendo en agua fresca y tiene bastante durabilidad. Obviamente no hay q exponerlo al calor directo y de preferencia ventilarlo no tenerlo empaquetado o dentro de otra bolsa de plástico.

This is so easy to use and keeps vital medications cool even in hot weather. Great for traveling. Light and easy to carry. No more ice packs that melt, make things wet and r hard to carry. Highly recommend.

Ottimo prodotto, funziona alla grande. Il primo mi è durato circa 3 anni, la busta refrigerante funziona ancora, il contenitore si è usurato.
