The product does work!
There was a delay in my order arriving, which was stressful because my dog had severe diarrhoea at the time. However, the product eventually arrived, and after taking it for two days, his diarrhoea stopped completely, so it seems to work very well. I also put him on a strict bland food diet, as recommended by online advice and a veterinary receptionist, so that may have contributed to his recovery as well. Nevertheless, if my dog experiences this problem again in the future, I would definitely order this medication again.

Worked straight away. Settled the diarrhoea and gass in tummy. One dose made a big difference. Things went back to normal.

Simple bismuth. Does the job to treat symptoms.
This is simple Bismuth, which will soak up excess fluid in the colon and help to soothe troubled tums. It’s given to cats, dogs, people. It works well. But do remember, it only treats symptoms and not the cause of diarrhoea, so if it continues you must take your pet to the vet. You should only give this once or twice and only if the pet is not in pain and not passing blood, or if they seem generally unwell. The same as with a child, or with yourself.

Said itvwas delivered lookedv everywhere..no sign luckily it was stuck in next doors leterbox..thevhousevis unoccupied..please take care wherecthevitemscare delivered there seems to be sime sort of lacking and the doors are clearly numbered...the tabletscwere fine though
