This product offered one year warranty It has stopped heating Will you replace it? Please advise

I am shocked beyond words at the after sales service of this company. Within 4 months of the purchase, the wire of the belt sparked and got burnt. That was still acceptable as these things can happen with products but what followed was a series of mails and in numerous forms to claim the warranty. At least our 5 requests were rejected saying photo not clear, upload both side, date of purchase wrong etc etc when everything was correct. It seemed they have kept staff to reject warranty claims. Finally after getting angry and telling them to accept the return as they have all the details already, their new harrassment started. They said that the belt cannot be collected from home, send courier as the address in not in the city limits. We stay near the centre of the city and such pathetic excuses. We convinced them to collect from a known chemist shop and their shenanigans are still not ending. Tired!

With time it’s quality is deteriorating. First one is working for than two years and is still working. Presented many elderly relatives. But last one purchased six months before is giving lot of problems with poor quality of the plastics used in the control unit now. Continuously repairing to keep it functional. Heater unit is fine and good as in the old one.

As per expectations. Last one also bought from amazon. Lasted a yr of daily use

Does the job perfectly used for back pain and pain on hand or legs it gives relief from pain its a long time review I use this product and bought another one for home use
