Ainslie MacLeod shares tremendous insights and wisdom. The stories he shares regarding his clients’ understanding of past life experiences and their effects on their present and current incarnation gives the reader a sense of hope. These fears can be faced, understood and dissolved, giving the current soul/person an opportunity for happier, more positive life experiences. I appreciate how he acknowledges the support he receives from his spirit guides in helping us to transition to Stage Four of human and spiritual consciousness by embodying the 10 Transformational Goals.

This book is for any spiritual seeker who wants to understand not only why we are here, what we are doing, but actually how to do it. If you understand that we are all spiritual beings having a physical experience in earth school, then you will find Ainslie MacLeod’s concepts of your soul’s goals, motivations and fears are accessible and useful. I highly recommend this practical wisdom.

This book was well organized and bursting with information, providing an exhaustive breakdown of the types of trauma you can carry over from past incarnations, symptoms of each, and how to deal (quickly and effectively) with them. There wasn't a whole lot of reading or background required (although, of coarse, you can read the book cover to cover, if you wish). I was able to identify and locate the information I needed quickly, and get to the work I needed to do, which is perfect, because sometimes it's easy to get so absorbed by material that I actually forget to USE IT! Five stars!

Ainslie is on the cutting edge. Assists with connecting to the voice of your soul. Helps to make sense of what is going on in this crazy world. Provides a balanced perspective and thought process.

I chose this book as part of my journey to understand the death of a child; though I'm not completely convinced of reincarnation & soul journey the book was thought provoking.

A great follow up book to his book, "The Instruction". This is the next step on your journey about how to use the info Ainslie gave us in "The Instruction". He is a great teacher and it WILL help you to read both books.It is what you need to know to help you through "The Shift" or this time of Transformation.

I would definitely recommend this book after reading The Instruction. It’s a great compliment and dives in deeper with many examples. You won’t be disappointed!

I read the first book, which was okay, very interesting, but this book? This one was wonderful! I really enjoyed this book, as it felt like more of a manual on how to live a rewarding life that is also morally good. Whether you believe in the past-life idea or not (I do), this book is still filled with wonderfully helpful information and exercises.

At first I was reading out of fascination and pleasure, and then I got to a chapter that leaped off the page and spoke to me directly. It resonated so deeply I had a “lightbulb moment “ of intense personal insight and understanding. This book had such a big impact I also read the author’s first book immediately following (and it was even more amazing).

Enjoy Ainslie's perspective on the personal, transformative process. This continues and expands from his first book, The Instruction. Recommended as an reference point for personal change.
