Diaotec Mouse Trap, Rats/Mice/Rodents Snap Traps That Work Quick Kill - Sensitive and Effective Mice Control/Catcher (6 Pack)

So the first time I purchased these mouse traps they were the larger size. 5/6 of them caught a mouse and killed them instantly (as far as I know, I mean it snapped over their head/neck so...). One of the units had a broken catch lever and was unusable. I purchased the smaller ones since where I live we only get the smaller field mice (~ 4 inches or less) and not anything larger (again as far as I know). So far 2/2 have killed a mouse instantly and I just set #3 tonight wiht 3 left in reserve(10/29). The traps are easy to use, turn the bait cup, pull it out, smear some peanut butter in there, put the bait cup back in, step on it to set it, place it along a wall, and wait. I know other reviews have said that the traps broke or fell apart but I have yet to experience this, so far 8/9 have set with no issues and 7/9 have killed a mouse with #8 pending.I cannot attest to the lifetime guarantee because there is no way in hell I'm scraping a dead mouse out of that thing to reuse it. Dead mouse, grocery bag, and straight into the trash can. If you have larger mice or rats I would think that the larger size should work fine. Sometimes with these companies you get build issues or a bad batch so I can see other people having issues but so far these have worked well for me. Best of luck and happy mouse hunting!

These claim to be 100% fail proof. I live in the country near the woods and in the fall mice start to try and come in. I put out these traps at possible entry points near heating pipes and under the sink. These injure the mice not kill them half the time. These are the first traps I’ve purchased where the mice I catch are injured and not killed. I can’t handle seeing the poor hurt mice I wanted a quick death. Not a horrible traumatic prolonged death.

These are awful, buy a better trap.There is a plastic hook that the trap latches to when setting the trap. First night, one trap broke. Third night, three traps broke. Nothing was caught! These traps simply just broke after being set.

These traps are so easy to use and most importantly are absolutely effective! No chance of stealing peanut butter here. Tried using the traditional wooden traps, no luck. Within 4 days we caught 3 mice. Problem solved! Very happy, I highly recommend.

I took a chance on these because the description said they work for mice and rats. I was quite sceptical when they arrived because they are small and lightweight, but I put them in my horse barn where mice are always a problem but this year suddenly rats have appeared. These traps are much too small for rats and even too small for some mice. If you have little deer mice, or white -footed mice, these probably work fine. This morning I found a larger mouse in one of the traps and it wasn't dead! So the poor thing suffered for hours! I want traps that kill quickly and humanely, I do not like the animals to suffer. One of the other traps has disappeared so I can only guess that something dragged it off after it snapped shut on them. This is unacceptable. As I said, if you have small mice then these might work, they are easy to bait and set up. Anything larger I'd recommend you look for another trapping solution.

Multiple traps wont set, fell apart in my hands. The ones that did set are good for one or two times. Certainly not a lifetime as the product writeup states.

Worked great, caught all the mice the first night I used them.
