It's indeed really helpful with pimples... As the picture shows it pretty much works that way on red pimples .. The smaller ones vanish immediately and bigger ones definitely reduce and go off ... Definitely worth the buy...thanks to amazon for this product was not aware of it , til it popped up here!! Found a great pimple product after very long had been looking for one...certainly recommended
