やっぱりSPDはクランクブラザーズなんだよなってなってしまいます。 皆様にも試して頂きたい商品です。

エッグビーターの中で、色が好みでこれにしました。4面キャッチは便利です。ホールドはもう少し強くても良いかな？と思います。

重さに関しては 軽い(実281g/ペア)です デザイン性も私の好みです ただ ベアリングの回転は重いです 明らかにシマノの製品の方がはるかに軽いです ですからその点ではシマノに軍配です ステップインに関してはかなりの慣れが必要です ただ その形状からペダルから滑って立ちゴケするようなことはなく 交差点などでも慌てず 周りの交通状況・道路状況確認しながら 落ち着いて確実にステップインすれば 安全に固定出来そうです 耐久性についてはまだ分かりません

シクロクロスの為に購入。 泥はけは良し。謳い文句通りです。 でもそれ以外にいい所が見辺りません。 まず専用のクリート。 真鍮製ですぐに摩耗してペダリングの時にすっぽ抜けるようになります(ワンシーズンもちません)。 それでクリートの単品を購入すると4000円します。Amazonでも3200円くらいで、コスパはお世辞にも良いとは言えません。 ペダル本体の耐久性も微妙です。 気付くとペダルがゴリゴリになっており、オーバーホールを余儀なくされますが、分解するために外す外側のダストキャップが曲者で、非常にナメやすいです。 メーカーサイトでは太めのマイナスドライバーで空けるように指示していますが、9mmのドライバーなんて普通の家庭にはありません。 やむなく購入しましたが、空かない…。 恐らく、暫く使っている内に固着してしまったものと思われます。 結局ナメてしまい、ドリルで地道に破壊して開ける羽目に。 修理に関しては、3500円程度でベアリング等の内蔵部品のスペアを購入できます。それらの中に例のダストキャップも含まれているのですが、そのキャップはマイナスドライバーではなく、8mmの六角で空け締め出来るようになっています。 なら、なぜ初めからそうしないのか？と疑問に思います。 ダストキャップが固着してしまった件については購入時に予めキャップを外し、グリスを塗っておくべきだったのかも知れません。 でも、メンテナンスで必ず開け閉めが必要になる重要なキャップが樹脂というのはやはり納得いかないというか、ユーザビリティがないなと感じました。メーカーがメンテナンス性を謳うなら尚更です。 上位モデルのエッグビーター3はアルミ製キャップになっており、更に最近のマイナーチェンジで六角穴になっています。 それなら初めから3を、さらに言うなら別メーカーのビンディングペダルを購入しておくべきでした。

エッグビーター3に採用されているニードルベアリングとエッグビーター2のブッシュベアリングは滑らかさが違います。 ブッシュベアリングのエッグビーター2は硬い!! 自転車屋などで修理依頼品などにエッグビーターがついていたら触らせてもらえないか聞いてみるのもありだと思います。素人でもわかるくらいに滑らかさが違います。 でも、私はエッグビーター2で満足できそうです。

慣れないと、カッチとうまくハマらない時がある。直ぐ外れる。スペアクリートの値段が高い。

I got an electric moped for 3 years and the Canada's law is forcing me to put bicycle pedals on my electric moped. I disliked to see bicycle pedals on my E-Bike so i found those Crankbrothers Egg Beater pedals and now i love them, because they look like much more like motorcycle foot rest than bicycle pedals!. So i am glad to watch my electric moped with those new pedals will not look like bicycle pedals! It is a must buy for all peoples own an electric-moped and are tired to see lame bicycle epic pedals on their rides!

I've used crank bros pedals for many years now candy versions and mallet. This is my first egg beater which I bought for my gravel bike. Work perfect, look great, very happy with them

Jahre lang habe ich Shimano XTR SPD Pedale gefahren und hatte auf langen Strecken immer wieder das Problem der kribbelnden und eingeschlafenen Füße obwohl ich schon verschiedene Schuhe gefahren habe. Jetzt habe ich diese Pedale am neuen Bike und alles Top. Ja und leichter sind diese Pedale auch noch. Klare Empfehlung! ----- Update 29. April 2020 ---- Fahre die Pedale nun seit rund einem Jahr und bin immer noch total begeistert. Bin auch den Winter durchgefahren bei viel Matsch und Frost. Funktionieren absolut zuverlässig. Immer noch klare Kaufempfehlung!

Great value for money. Green colour isnt all that vibrant so expect it to be darker in real life. I got these in place of XTR pedals which have some issues with bearing seals falling out so didnt want to risk spending that sort of money on them. I currently have an older verison of XTR pedals on my old bike but got these for my new bike. Secure and enough wiggle room to move your feet without clipping out. The only downside is that they arent as easy to clip in and need a little more time ot get used to the feel of finding the pedal under the shoe but once in they are great. The XTR pedals are alot easier to find and you can almost stamo your foot into place. So far I find I need to place my foot in and around the area to get the cleat in but I am sure after a few rides I will get used to them. Again great value for money so give them a go!

I bought these Crankbrothers Eggbeater pedals for my mountain bike and they are working great. They are incredibly easy to clip into from any side and handle mud better than any other pedal I’ve used. Very lightweight and solid build quality.
