Such a versatile staple, really good quality.
I've purchased this pecorino more times than I can count, and I love the cooking versatility and quality of the cheese for the price. It's a staple in my fridge. It has an excellent "bite" to it, fragrant and smooth.

I love cheese so much. I wanted to try this, and I enjoyed it immensely. I loved the texture, how fresh it was, and the taste. It is a great value and has lasted well. It is great on so many different dishes, too.

Italy Taste
It stunk like Italy. Took me back to being under my grandmother’s arm after she been making tomato sauce with her feet and wine with her toes. You definitely get longevity from this cheese. The smell smells good. Tastes like Italy.

this cheese is sooooooooo yummyyyyyyyy! flavor is so intense, your taste buds will get instantly activated and you will notice your mouth water as you eat. so satisfying, but I always want to eat more than a small piece. super rich and flavorful. absolutely delish! love the texture. excellent quality for the price. love everything about it. and of course, ever since I put this review they've been out of stock... that does not deserve 5 ⭐️

Tastes Like A Well Made Cheese
Intense flavor, made from sheep’s milk, you don’t have to add a lot. It costs a little more, but it also goes a long way. Has the right amount of tang and bite.
