There are 7 stencil pages. There are shorts, pants, tops, dresses, accessories like purses, shoes etc. There are 40 pages of models. Some have two full bodies per page, some pages are close up of the faces and some are legs with feet.

No they do not. You have to purchse coloed pencils separately.

would a 13 -14 year old like this?

This particular version may be a tad bit elementary for the average 13-14 year old. The sketches are pretty easy. I purchased this for my now 8 year old who still uses it pretty regularly, but I don't believe a teenager woul be entertained by it very long.
