Battery does not charge. Light stays red while charging. When I put it in my Whoop it goes green for a second then goes red. There is no way to contact customer service on here ?! Either I should get a refund or customer support should ship a new one This is the 2nd fault battery from Whoop. The item itself often shows wildly inaccurate HR which is one of the reasons I purchased this was to track my hear rate. Do not recommend Garmin or Apple Watch are better

Just got the new whoop and this is a game changer not to loose my battery pack and I want you to know it works with the 4.0 and the 5.0 battery pack! It does not come with a charging brick but neither does the whoop it self this is a great way not to loose you whoop battery

VERY misleading. This won't charge your whoop strap it will charge your whoop charger. Basically, what you are buying is a $22 3 ft USB-C ---> USB-A cable. This will be going back.

The description for this product is written deceptively to make it look like you're getting an actual Whoop charger to connect to your Whoop, but you are not. All that's included is a docking station to charge the charger itself. If you need the actual charger to charge your Whoop, this is not what you're looking for.
