Does it look nice? I want to put it in my guest room for their accessories. So I don't want it to look cheap.

I was also a little worried that it would look cheap and plastic. But luckily it looks PERFECT and very tough. I love the marble look!!! It looks very pretty. It very sturdy and the texture is very smooth. Im sure that your guest will like it.

It writes "waterproof", so these trays can be on wet counter, sink, etc?

Yes, the tray is made from high quality resin material and it's suitable for toilet tank, wash basin, kitchen and other places you want.
